For starters, I am happily married to the same lovely woman for over a quarter of a century.

We have one daughter, Leah, who is an amazingly talented person. She really needs to kick off a career in music (singing is her greatest strength though she composes her own music/songs, and plays several instruments).

I also enjoy writing FICTION. I have a handful of short stories about and a full-length science fiction book (Dangerous Dreams) published as an ebook with a leading ebook publisher.

Christy, Frankie and I live in the Dallas, Texas Metroplex. We really enjoy Texas - mostly because of the people. You simply can't find a place that has better people than in Texas!

Frankie is our Minature Schnauzer. He is a great guy, 4 months old in this picture. We love him very much and think he is a quite handsome fellow with a great personality.

Here Christy and I are with our other Schnauzers, Rufus (the all black one) and Cricket (the petite Phantom). Rufus passed away last year from health conditions and just plain old age. Cricket - though only 7 years old - shocked us by contracting non-operable multi-nodal liver cancer two months later leading to a tragically shortened life. For you dog lovers out there, you will understand that the loss of these two faithful and loving companions was a difficult blow for us.

Of course Frankie is hard at work every day bringing new joy into our lives...

What can I say? If you haven't ready Dangerous Dreams then you need to do so!

But seriously, Dangerous Dreams is my first full-length novel. Science Fiction (of course), Dangerous Dreams is only available as an ebook. Though I find this distribution channel for books fascinating, printed books are still where the real market lies.

I'm pleased to say that Dangerous Dreams has (to date) received nothing but either "Great" or "Good" ratings from readers. As an ebook first book by a new author, Dangerous Dreams has done extremely well. However, if your perception is that authors can make real $$ this way, think again. The only ebooks that are selling any volume are from the big names in print.

I also run an ebook information site, ebooks.tschurter.com, though I have not updated it in some time (ugh). Several of my short stories are available on the site for free download.

Our daughter Leah and Bennu Group's Chief Architect were able to join us on one of our seldom chances to have a real vacation. Destination?
